FROM VALLEY TO VALLEY

From Argenta to Comacchio through the magical and scenic landscapes provided by the Valleys.

Starting from the Oasi di Val Campotto (Val Campotto Oasis), where you can stop for a visit to the Museo delle Valli with the Argenta Ecomuseum, the Museo della Bonifica ("Museum of Land Reclamation") and the entire beautiful natural area of the Valleys. Nearby is the historic parish church of San Giorgio, around which the first settlement of Argenta developed.

Once the gentle Argenta Valleys have been left behind, it is possible to proceed through the Ferrara countryside towards the brackish Valleys of Comacchio, where a rich variety of birdlife, including splendid specimens of pink flamingos can be admired.

The Agosta embankment will then be reached overlooking the valley wetlands and, shortly afterwards, you will enter the Zavelea Valley, the last stop before seeing the majestic lagoon town of Comacchio, located between land and water.
