Delta del Po

We return to the area around the Po di Volano with a special excursion. We will begin by visiting the Valle Canneviè Oasis, a small wetland area which we will walk on tongues of land suspended over the water, among ducks, coots, flamingos and other winged guests, and then set out on the Falce Ring. This is a path - only accessible with an environmental guide - that connects Volano with the locality called Taglio della Falce, from which we can look out over the mouth of the Po di Volano, the Peschiera reed bed, and wet meadows rich in biodiversity, with views as far as the Sacca di Goro and the Boscone della Mesola. Finally, we return to Canneviè along the bank of the Po di Volano.
