Our journey will take us on a discovery of traditional fishing structures, bearing witness to a centuries-old bond between man and these waters, where we will uncover the secrets of a mysterious and fragile species: the eel. Accompanied by an environmental expert, we will venture into hidden and secluded spots, perfect for admiring flamingos and numerous other species of water birds that inhabit the Valli. As we sail back, we’ll raise a glass of local wine, savouring the magic of twilight on the water.
