Delta del Po

From March 23 to July 21, 2024, the exhibition halls of Palazzo dei Diamanti in Ferrara will host, for the first time, the works of Escher, a brilliant and visionary artist, always loved by mathematicians and rediscovered by the general public in relatively recent times.
His unmistakable works, which have also influenced the world of design and advertising, challenge perception and represent a unique phenomenon in the panorama of art history.

The exhibition is organized by Arthemisia, Fondazione Ferrara Arte, and the Art Museums Service of the Municipality of Ferrara, in collaboration with the M.C. Escher Foundation and Maurits, and is curated by Federico Giudiceandrea, one of the most important experts on the artist, and Mark Veldhuysen, president of the M.C. Escher Foundation.
