Nature Effect | Mindfulness in Boscoforte

Let us enjoy silence, quiet and nature in one of the wildest places in the entire Delta Park: the Boscoforte peninsula. Guided by Giovanni Canali, psychologist, we find inner harmony surrounded by water, wind, seagulls and flamingos with an hour of Mindfulness. An experience to remember.

This corner of paradise is an ancient cordon dune formed in Etruscan times and preserved by years of being closed to the public, which has allowed a very rich biodiversity of species.

The area is characterised by a remarkable variety of environments linked to the simultaneous presence of fresh and brackish water: reed beds, salt marshes, salt marshes, sandy rises and canals.

PROGRAMME:

Meeting at the ferry in Sant'Alberto
Arrival at Boscoforte with one of our environmental excursion guides. Guided tour inside Boscoforte to the planned Mindfulness point (approx. 30 minutes).
Mindfulness activity together with Giovanni Canali (about 1 hour)
Return to the ferry together with the guide through the guided tour (approx. 30 minutes)

Mindfulness is the practice of paying intentional attention, with curiosity and without judgement, to the present moment, cultivating awareness of the "here and now" to reduce inner suffering. Originating from ancient meditative traditions and introduced to the West in the 1970s by Jon Kabat-Zinn, it improves emotional regulation, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes self-acceptance.
Mindfulness does not aim to eliminate thoughts, but to change the relationship with them by observing them in a detached manner.

The appointment is part of the Effetto Natura AmaParco, a series of wellness appointments within the AmaParco circuit.
