Delta del Po

Guided bike tour through the Pineta San Vitale to discover the nature of the Po Delta Park: together with our environmental guide, you will ride through the many ecosystems present: from the millenary forest, to the freshwater streams, to the Pialassa della Baiona, the wetland area that borders Marina Romea.

A circular tour of about 15 km.

The Pialassa Baiona is a suspended place, where water and land brush against each other without ever really separating. Here the silence is broken only by the wind through the reeds and the call of the birds, and every step seems to slow time. A little further on, in the San Vitale pine forest, nature becomes even more intense: shady paths, the scent of resin and light filtering through the ancient branches.

It is precisely in this wild and quiet landscape that a special encounter can occur: horses living freely in the pine forest and clearings. To see them suddenly appear, elegant and silent, is a rare emotion. They seem to be part of the forest itself, discreet guardians of an ancient balance, capable of reminding us how strong and gentle nature can be at the same time.
