Delta del Po

We return to the Ferrara Po Delta Park for an afternoon excursion to discover Oasi Canneviè and the Po di Volano on the occasion of the long-awaited spring equinox, when nature begins to 'awaken' from its winter torpor.

We will explore the Oasi di Valle Canneviè-Porticino, a small wetland area in which a nature trail seems to be suspended over water, discovering the particular origin of this valley oasis, its characteristics and the bird species that populate it.

We will conclude our itinerary by walking along the bank of the Po di Volano, as the sun sets on the horizon. Afterwards, we will go to the Torre della Finanza di Volano, where we will have exclusive access to the interior: we will visit the ancient underground rooms and, as we ascend to the higher ones, we will enjoy the light of dusk on the river and our valleys. Impossible not to take some photos!
