Bike excursion at the most suggestive time of day. Departing from the Visitors' Centre, we ride silently along the internal paths of the salt pans.

We move silently along the path along the surrounding canal, characterised by wild blackthorns, from which a delicious liqueur is made.
We admire the sunset!
